Scotland's Mental Health
The highly regarded SMHFA course from Public Health Scotland, involves 2 days of group time, and is usually run on consecutive days. Alternatively, it can be delivered in shorter sessions over 2 to 3 weeks. The course is delivered in-person only. SMHFA is an interesting course that includes different activities, quizzes, discussions and even some fun and laughter.
